CLH manages the Out of Hospitals Service contract which provides a variety of services to patients including phlebotomy, spirometry, anti-coagulation and many more. These services are provided to patients at our member practices.
Patient Experience Survey
The Patient Experience Survey has been rolled out to OOH services in our member practices, giving all patients the opportunity to leave feedback on their care and treatment. The feedback gathered through the Patient Experience Survey is being used in CLH and our member practices to stimulate local improvement and empower staff to carry out the sorts of changes that make a real difference to patients and their care.

Publishing results of Patient Experience Survey
The results of the Patient Experience Survey are published at monthly intervals on the website.
The extended hours service offers GP and practice nurse appointments from 6.30pm-8pm on Monday to Friday, and from 8am–8pm on Saturdays and Sundays, to patients that are registered or resident in the Central London CCG area. Provision of the service is shared across three sites: the Connaught Square Practice, Pimlico Health at the Marven and the Westbourne Green Surgery.
The Community Dermatology Service triages all adult dermatology referrals (except 2 week waits) into both the GPsWI service and the acute service. CLH manage and operate the contract. The service is available on Thursdays from Lisson Grove Health Centre and Millbank Medical Centre. Your General Practitioner will refer you to this service if appropriate.
