Practice Management and 'Back Office' contracts


In addition to providing services to Patients through Member Practices, we are also contracted to deliver management, strategic and 'back office' functions to Member and non-Member practices. 

These include:

  • Practice Management:  This involves the partner(s) contracting with CLH to provide all aspects of Practice Management therefore ensuring that the Partner(s) are able to focus on clinical delivery. This is a partnership with the practice and CLH. 
  • Employment, management and deployment of staff. 
  • Staff bank. 
  • Programmes to maximise revenue and reduce cost.
  • Business intelligence services
  • S1 Expertise
  • Payroll services
