NIHR - Patient Safety in Transitions of Care: A Behavioural Approach

We are currently looking to recruit doctors, nurses, administrative staff and community pharmacists to take part in a study looking at the behaviours of healthcare professionals associated with, and may be contributing to, patient safety incidents occurring during their transition from hospital to the community.

This study is set in two stages, stage one is Modified-Delphi Exercise £80 on completion of all 3 questionnaires/rounds. We are hoping for GP’s to take part in this section, though all the roles stated above can take part. The second stage is a set of interviews that can be held over the phone and last 40 minutes, for which £80 will be paid per a participant (you cannot take part in the second stage without completing the first).
