Receptionist - Dr Muir's Practice, The Belgrave Medical Centre

The Dr Muir's Practice is looking for two (2) full-time receptionists who are punctual, discreet, eager to learn and able to work as part of the existing team and on their own initiative. The successful candidate will work variable shifts between 8am -7/8pm weekdays and occasional Saturdays and additional shifts dependent upon Practice needs to cover for holidays and sickness.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good customer service skills;
  • Good telephone manner;
  • Computer literate. SystmOne familiarity is desirable but training will be provided;
  • Experience working in a busy environment;
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively whilst staying calm under pressure;
  • Has a good understanding of confidentiality.

Clinical Vacancies

Salaried GP - Maida Vale Medical Centre

We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and committed GPs to fill/job share 11 sessions. Our friendly team compromises: 4 GPs, 1 Nurse, 1 HCA and fully supportive administrative team. We are a friendly, supportive, well established GMS practice with a list size of over 7200 patients, an excellent team and we have managed to stay patient centred.

We are expanding our staff bank and are looking for clinical and non-clinical staff to work in our member General Practices across Central London in temporary and flexible roles, including:

The Current Process:

  • Practices will contact CLH with the required permanent or temporary role.

  • CLH will review the CLH bank staff database and select best suited staff with experience and availability in mind. 

  • Staff details are then forwarded onto the requesting General Practice who will review candidates and to liaise with selected staff directly in regards of interviews, payments, hours of work and other information. 

  • CLH cannot guarantee that a full - time position will be offered. However, staff bank opportunities that are fulfilled may lead to a permanent position and if so will be informed by GP practice.
