CLH recognise the essential requirement for strong governance throughout the organisation and to support this we have robust mechanisms in place, including:

  • A Board of Directors - who meet every 2 months
  • A Quality & Safety sub-committee - who meet every 2 month
  • Patient representation at both meetings
  • Annual General Meeting - for all member practices
  • Senior Leadership team
