The new model of local healthcare (see our Federated Network) includes shifting many services previously provided in hospitals into neighbourhood settings. These new community-based clinics will provide the same - or higher - quality of care with added benefits such as shorter waiting times for appointments and a more accessible and personalised service.
The community services directory lists the community services that are now available to local patients. Please note that many of the services are only available with a GP or nurse referral.
